Took part in a meeting day in The Hague organized by Martijn J. van Tilborgh of AVAIL.

An incredible event with a mixed group of people with so much history were represented. Experienced this as a “historical event”.

In his lecture, Martijn mentioned the differences between optimization in a system or innovation that shows the multi-colored nature of God of people who know their identity and function within it.

The power, pain & purpose of voices was discussed and shared.

After the lunch break, seven leaders from different backgrounds shared their experiences of hearing the voice, each in seven to nine minutes.

Received the book “Voices”with practical tips, written by Sam Chand and it expresses the profound influence that voices have whether they are internal or external on our lives, leadership and our legacy. A deepening that focuses on the power of the voices we hear, the voices we speak and the voices we that shape us. The book discusses the importance of tuning into positive, growth-oriented voices and eliminating voices that hold us back. Sam Chand also emphasizes the need to tune our leadership voice to each situation and the impact we can have by amplifying positive voices in the lives of others.
